I have taught nearly 3000 hours of classes and am registered with the Yoga Alliance.

I offer my best in Ashtanga- based and Ayurvedic Yoga practices for all ages and gender presently having students ranging from age 4 – 90 of either gender. My rates are competitive, with no hidden fees. I am friendly and will be there to help you every step of the way.
